  • Wells Fargo was the top arranger of new US CLOs in the second quarter, as volume rose 22% from the first three months of the year.
  • US syndicated lending was up 27% to US$563bn in 2Q19 but is still 35% lower than this time last year. Investment grade lending helped drive the increase.
