MyLPC Alerts

MyLPC Alerts

MyLPC Alerts allows you to monitor the market from your e-mail inbox. Set preferences for the types of stories, features and analytics you want to receive and LoanConnector will e-mail the information directly to your inbox once an hour.

To set your preferences, please supply your e-mail address where you would like the alerts sent and the type of device you use to read your e-mail.

If you use a Blackberry to read your MyLPC Alert notices, select Blackberry and LoanConnector will e-mail you text versions of the stories.

You can also opt to get your MyLPC Alerts in an e-mail digest once a day, rather than in multiple e-mails throughout the day. The MyLPC Alerts Digest will contain all of the stories from the day that match your preferences.

When setting up your preferences, you must a select a region. You can then refine your preferences by selecting specific keywords and industries.

You can also select specific analysis that you would like e-mailed to you as they are posted each week, such as Pricing Grids, Calendars and more.




UNDERSTANDING RECENT CHANGES TO MyLPC ALERTS

The recent changes that we made in MYLPC will satisfy all our customers whether they are looking for very specific news/ analytics or general news/ analytics matching their region and market, they can get all. Here are some rules that applies to MYLPC and these may help you to understand how exactly the preferences will work for you according to your selected criteria.

General rules:

1. Users have to select at least one market and one region in order to be able to save the preferences.

2. When a user selects the option for DailyDigest, it limits only to news and the user will get only one email a day.

3. When a user selects MyLPCnotification, by defaults, Only news is chosen to be sent. However, the user can choose analytics from the DOCTYPE box at the bottom of the preference page. Therefore, the user will get all matching analytics as well.

4. Please keep in mind that if you have selected DailyDigest, and then you have chosen other analytics type from DOCTYPE box at the bottom of the preference page, you would still get only news.

Specific Rules:

1. Users selecting at least one region and at least one loan market (primary or secondary or highyield) BUT nothing else from the other searches will only get News and/or Analytics matching the selected market and the region.


Region+ Market= News/ Analytics matching the Market AND the Region


2. Users selecting region & market and then at least one additional key word from keyword box and/ or at least one industry from Industry list will get news and/or analytics that matches the selected keyword (s)/ industry, market and the region.


Region+Market+Keyword= News/Analytics matching Region AND Market AND Keyword
Region+Market+Industry=News/Analytics matching Region AND Market AND Industry
Region+Market+Keyword+Industry=News/Analytics matching Region AND Market AND Keyword AND Industry


3. When at least one company is selected along with Region and market, the news and/or analytics about the company will appear even if there is no news available for the selected region and the market.


Region+Market+Company= News/ Analytics matching Region AND Market PLUS News/ Analytics matching Company


4. Users selecting region & market & Editor's pick will get all news and/or Analytics matching all three conditions.


Region+Market+Editors pick= All News from Editor's Pick matching the selected market AND Region


5. Users selecting region & market & LoanMarketPulse will get the LMPs of the selected Region and the Market


Region+Market+LoanMarketPulse= All LMPs matching your Region AND Market



FYI, if a user wants to get both news and LMPs for his/her selected region, then they should NOT check the box for LoanMarketPulse rathr, they should choose Market and Region and select LoanMarketPulse and News from the DOCTYPE box at the bottom of the page.

6. When mutiple values are selected within the same search, the results will reflect any or all of the values matched. Here is an example, but it applies to all the searches in the same way.


(Region1 OR Region2)+ Market=News/ Analytics matching Region1 AND Market PLUS News/ Analytics matching Region2 AND Market
