Advanced Search
LoanConnector's powerful new Advanced Search allows you to construct detailed searches using free text or Thomson Reuters LPC's extensive set of keywords. Define your search by clicking on keywords in the selection boxes.
The search will perform an 'AND' search between categories and an 'OR' search within categories. For example, if you select "U.S. Market" and "Asia-Pacific Market" in the Market category and "Primary Loan Market" in the Stage category, LoanConnector will perform a search for all information about the "Primary Loan Market" in either the "U.S. Market" or the "Asia-Pacific Market".
Define your search terms and click "Search". LoanConnector will return results containing any related information. This includes news stories, feature stories and analytic documents such as Data Points and Pricing Grids. To change your search click on "Modify Search" to return to the search page and adjust your search parameters.
Once you have created a search that returns the results that you are looking for, you can save the search. From the Results page click on "Save Search". This will open a window to name and save your search. This saved search will be available from the Advanced Search page by clicking on "Open Saved Search" and from the Saved dropdown in the bar at the top of LoanConnector. Click on "Open Saved Search". This will open a window with a list of all saved searches. Click on the title of the search you would like to run. This will populate the search on the search page. Click "Search" to run the search. Or simply select the search from the Saved dropdown in the top bar of LoanConnector your search run automatically.
Popular search terms such as Stage, Market, Segment, Industry and Asset Type appear at the top of the page. For more detailed search terms click on the Deal Information, Borrower/Issuer and Information Type.
