What does the registration fee include? The fee includes attendance to all sessions (continental
breakfast, luncheon, refreshments, cocktail reception) and conference
materials. Final payment must be received prior
to obtaining conference package and seating. The
price does not include hotel accommodations.
Registration and cancellation policy: Should you be unable to attend, a prompt refund
less a cancellation fee of $200 will be made for
faxed or e-mailed cancellations sent to Reuters
LPC by August 31, 2008. Please fax cancellations

We regret that no refunds can be made after August
31, 2008. Substitutions may be made up to 24 hours
in advance of the conference by contacting Reuters
